Dionysus returns (AGAIN) and we've upped the ante on what we believe is our finest hazy to date. Our Head brewer Jake has turned the hops up to 11 on this beastly Oat Cream DIPA whilst keeping laser focus on maintaining a soft, pillowy mouthfeel without excessive bitterness. Incorporating hops and some tricky new hop products in all facets of this recipe at a rate of 20g/L to specifically drive thiol production and biotransformation reactions and ensure explosive, tropical hop character.
Dionysus Oat Cream IPA is fully loaded with Citra, Motueka, Nelson Sauvin and Motueka SubZero Hop Kief to deliver a barrage of bright tangerine, lime, mango, passionfruit and gooseberry notes. A healthy dose of lactose elevates the sweet, creamy mouthfeel making this one luxurious beverage.
